1. Does your organization train from within, or do you have a reputation for looking outside to hire new skills? You’ll find that participants work hardest when you train them in relevant skills that help them to keep their jobs. Try to set your people up for promotions.

2. Do you mix “hard skills” (e.g. technology), soft skills and leadership skills? This way, your people feel that they are getting an ongoing, all-round business education?
